Our process starts out by getting to know you. We want to listen to your needs, hear your pain points, and why you’re considering a home project. Whether it be a remodel, an addition, or a new home, we want to work with you to develop a plan specific to your needs.

Pre-Construction Evaluation

Following our complimentary consultation, we transition to our pre-construction phase. This is an in-depth evaluation of your project, an extensive process where we vet out each and every detail to reduce the unknowns that frequently haunt construction projects. We work hand-in-hand with your designer or architect to develop a concise project scope and budget.

Building Construction

Once the pre-construction process is complete and the details are vetted, the exciting part begins. It’s time to build! We work closely with our trusted trade partners and vendors to deliver an exceptional product. Our thoroughly developed systems and unparalleled communication provide a one-of-a-kind building experience we know you’ll find valuable.

Completion & Warranty

And when we’re done (truthfully, we’re never done), we don’t stop caring for your house just because the project is complete. That’s right, we warranty our work for a full 12 months after completion. That way you can rest easy at night knowing that if anything goes awry we’ll be there to take care of it.
