We think every business should be looking for honest feedback, if only that was the case.

How often do you hear people proclaim “Please leave us a 5 star review”? Often times I think how about just ask for an honest review.

I know. I know reviews can make or break a business, in this modern world of endless information at our fingertips we often judge businesses based on their reviews, especially when searching on the world wide web.

But how about seeking out businesses that encourage honest feedback?  The feedback that we may not want to hear but need to hear in order to improve our processes and service.  The businesses that are always seeking to improve to deliver the best product to our customers.

We know construction projects rarely go perfectly and issues can become magnified, but if you find a builder who makes mistakes, accepts the honest feedback, and does everything in their power to correct them I think that’s worthy of a 5-star review, don’t you.

Don’t be shy, let us know when we screw up, let us know how we can do better next time, let us know about those things that didn’t go perfect, and we’ll continue to seek ways to improve.  (And tell us when we did good to, because we need to know what to doing right)
